  • NOC/Letter of Application for Hiba (Donation) issued and signed by Dubai Land Department For the foreigners and for the UAE nationals should be issued by Dubai court
  • Power of Attorney (if available, should specifically mention “grant/donation”) – translated to Arabic & attested from the Embassy of issuing country & from Ministry of Foreign Affairs UAE.
  • *UAE Nationals:
  • An application for Hiba should be approved by the Director of Dubai Land Department, to be forwarded to Dubai Courts to issue a Hiba Certification.
